Who are we?
Norwegian Group is a global group and a provider of multidisciplinary services within access engineering, inspection, concrete rehabilitation, wind turbine service, scaffolding, building and construction services, staffing, project management, turnkey EKOM contracting, electrical installation and equipment rental.
Our companies are ISO certified according to the 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
Our foundation
Norwegian Group has developed ethical guidelines for responsibility that describe the goals, internal strategies, and expectations we have for our own company and our suppliers when it comes to complying with human rights. The guidelines are anchored in the management. The managers have full and complete responsibility for implementing and following up on measures to ensure that the requirements of the Transparency Act are met. The work of ensuring decent working conditions in our own operations and in the supply chain will be a continuous process, where we seek systematic improvement through awareness and action.
AAK Energy has obligations under the Transparency Act. Norwegian Group has chosen to carry out a comprehensive assessment and report for the entire group. The reason for this is that they have joint administration, use many of the same suppliers, and collaborate closely on a daily basis. The report will indicate which parts of the report apply to the individual company. This will mainly be related to findings and follow-up measures.

The due diligence assessment consists of various segments and is a continuous process.
Notification channels and complaint mechanisms
We have created a procedure for handling information requests. This includes, among other things, responsibilities and procedures for handling inquiries. You can expect a response from us within 3 weeks.
If you have questions about our handling and follow-up of human rights related to employees internally and externally, you can find contact information at the bottom of the page.
We care about the environment
Strengthened efforts within the environment and sustainability are among our future focus areas. We want to improve the data base and introduce comprehensive and long-term plans for a greener working environment in line with the guidelines in ISO 14001. Our environmental work will be sharpened, anchored and followed up at all levels and in all functional areas of our organization, through information and awareness-raising work.
